We accept all PPO insurance plans only. If you’re not sure which type of plan you have, give us a call. Please bring your insurance information with you to the initial consultation visit so that we can expedite reimbursement.

At Dunlap Dentistry, we are In-Network Providers with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, Dentemax, First Dental Health, Guardian, Metlife and United Healthcare insurance carriers. However, we do accept all other PPO plans in accordance with their Out-of-Network policies.
